Instructions for use:
1. Fill your pot/pan with water to a depth of about 3cm and bring to boil.
2. Grease the egg poachers with a non-stick cooking spray before cracking your eggs into them.
3. Place the egg poachers in the pot/pan and cover with a lid. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes to your desired doneness.
