Description
This regional speciality is a delicious shortbread made with pure butter, in which part of the flour is replaced by almond powder and the water used to moisten the dough is replaced by a light note of champagne. The delicacy of the almond combined with the aromatic note of the champagne is a real surprise for the palate.
Founded in 1756, Maison Fossier is the oldest biscuit factory in France and has preserved the traditional character of their original recipes for over 250 years.
