Produced exclusively with Glera grapes, an indigenous grape variety from the north-east, this Prosecco Brut is characterised by a straw yellow colour, and a fine and persistent perlage. It has a fruity and floral bouquet with hints of apple and pear, enriched with pleasant elderberry aromas.
Through meticulously chosen vineyard sites and the use non-interventionist practices, Ruffino embraces tradition and innovation to set the benchmark for Tuscan wines.
