Planting dry Porcini (Latin name Boletus Edulis) are carefully hand selected and sorted. It is an excellent mushroom with a soft nutty flavor. Porcini powder works as a spice and is ready to use. Rub directly onto meats/poultry or add to soups, sauces, stuffing's or stews for flavor. It adds a wonderfully rich to flavor to gravies, fresh pasta and casseroles.
