Description
This olive mezze is prepared from choice Kalamata olives, using a homemade method to process and refine the olives into a soft fresh cream, then drizzled with Kalios olive oil. Ideal on toasted pita bread, with game, red meats or hard cheeses.
Established in 2009, Kalios is founded on strong Greek family roots. They specialise in Greek olive oils and fine products exclusively produced from koroneïki olives harvested at the peak of their ripeness.
