Description
These Kalamata olives are allowed to marinate for about 5 weeks in Kalios extra virgin olive oil for an exchange of flavours and softness. The result is an almost candied olive.
Established in 2009, Kalios is founded on strong Greek family roots. They specialise in Greek olive oils and fine products exclusively produced from koroneïki olives harvested at their peak ripeness.
