Description
Mini Iberico Honey Baked Ham + Small Cooler Bag.
Chef’s Preparation Notes:
- Preheat the oven to 120°C.
- Remove the ham from the bag.
- Score the ham in a diagonal pattern and stud with cloves or your choice of spices.
- Place the ham in the oven and baste every 15 minutes for 1.5 hours.
- Serve warm or cold.
