Description
Our French raw butter salted with Noirmoutier sea salt crystals. Made using a traditional method of collecting raw milk, fresh and warm from local farms, matured in tanks and churned in wooden churns, giving the butter a special and unique taste.
Based in the small town of Machecoul, south of the Loire Atlantique, Fromagerie Beillevaire, has been processing and marketing high-end raw milk dairy products for over thirty years.
